CLIENTS INTRODUCTION PROMOTION
Introduce a care home, client or business to Gastic Ollard Healthcare Limited and we will pay you £500 introduction fee once our staff have covered at least 300 hours of work for the home, client or business.
Please note that your introduction must be to one of the managers who will work with you to facilitate the process of applying for and wining the contract. It is also important to know that the manager’s decision about who introduced the client to him / her is final in cases when we have more than one person claiming to be the introducer.
Please note that there is no limit to how many homes, clients or businesses you can introduce to Gastic Ollard Healthcare Limited and we will pay you the introduction fee once we are satisfied with the outcome.
REGISTERED NURSES INTRODUCTION PROMOTION
Introduce a registered nurse to Gastic Ollard Healthcare Limited, and we will pay you a £250 introduction fee once our nurse covers at least 200 hours of shifts.
You can introduce as many nurses as possible. Introducing 10 registered nurses will give you a tidy sum of £2500, which you can use towards any of your pressing issues or a special all-inclusive holiday.
Please note that your introduction must be to one of the managers who will liaise with our accounts manager to let you know when the nurse hits the target of the stipulated hours, so that your fee can be paid.

MENTORING PROGRAME
Your success is important to us as a member of Gastic Ollard Healthcare Limited. In view of this, we are linking up with Doctors, Registered Nurses, Healthcare managers, Team leaders and other people who are progressing well in their career to assist you with advise, encouragement and navigation through the complex process of becoming successful in life.
We believe in the mantra “hard work pays” so we are assisting with making this a simple process so that you can have someone who has “been there, done that” to talk to you freely when you need that helping hand.
We believe assistance like this will go a long way in producing better healthcare staff who will be able to support their service users excellently while climbing the ladder of their career.
Please note that this program is voluntary and mentors are free to decide the amount of time they can give to mentees and the regularity of the process. In addition, mentors can decide with the mentees whether they will be communicating over the phone, via emails, text or whether they will prefer to meet face to face at a convenient place. The initial meeting can be arranged within Gastic Ollard Healthcare Limited premises.
