As a prospective healthcare worker, it is mandatory for you to have an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, Gastic Ollard Healthcare Limited (GOHL) works with umbrella bodies to assist you with applying for and obtaining your enhanced DBS check. You are then advised to register this with the update service so that your DBS can be used when applying to other companies.

Further Registration Process :

  • Candidates will need to complete an application form.
  • Candidates will also be required to attend a face-to-face interview with our designated Senior Management staff or Nurse.
  • Once you have completed your application form and we have all your documents including references, you will be invited to attend our induction program when we will discuss your expected roles/responsibilities, and your terms of engagement/contract.
  • We will also discuss the on-call process and how to access support, your payroll and when to submit timesheet.
  • You will be informed about professional boundaries, uniform policy and displaying your ID badge when working.
  • You will also be reminded that we carry out spot checks, regular appraisals and review to ensure that we are providing excellent service to all our clients.
